For app issues, include your app version, device model, and what happened. For game information, include the teams, game date, and the play or screen involved.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Privacy requests
Use the same contact address for questions or requests about your information. Describe the information or activity concerned; we may need limited details to identify a record and verify your request. Do not send Apple passwords, full payment-card details, or government identification with your initial request.
